The Senior Online Traffic Manager will be versed in key traffic drivers and how to optimize them, comfortable identifying pain points through data and crafting strategies for addressing them, and will develop new metrics for measuring the overall health of our business.
The successful candidate will be rich of experience in online traffic flow and methods, , highly analytical and creative, with a passion for figuring out how things work and how to make them better for our customers. They will be able to dig in quickly, are able to handle multiple projects and priorities at once,and capable of dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly-evolving business landscape.
Responsibilities
- Knowing China internet market and being obsessively aware of traffic, market trends,and opportunities
- Explore potetinal external partners to drive traffic to kindle store.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement through programmatic approach of key traffic initiatives, such as Partner Cooperation, Search Marketing (Paid andFree), Social Marketing, Associate and Promotions.
- Identify and develop traffic programs across the external partners with Kindle devices,to improve click-thru, acquisition, viewing and conversion rates.
- Develop testing plans for different segments and share learning with the teams.
- Analyze different traffic channel patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection.
- Work closely with marketing counterparts to plan, coordinate and execute initiatives across multiple channels and customer viewing platforms.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in online marketing.
- Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of trafficand marketing programs.
- Experience delivering online customer acquisition and traffic growth from multiple sources including SEO, sponsored links, social media, associates, promotions, and other programs.

- A good strategic problem solver, who could not only develop strategic plans but also roll up sleeves to dive deep into details to drive operational improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely – both orally and in written form andto effectively influence others in multiple groups and collaborate to achieve specific objectives.
- Demonstrable organizational skills with ability to manage and coordinate projects that span across different function teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects required ·Strong leadership, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related Masters preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
