新客户拓展总监
- Establish and maintain good relationships with local customers in key industries (personal care beauty, food and beverage, mother and baby, etc.), deeply expand cooperation, formulate a complete business development plan and implement it, and win the trust of customers by helping client solve business growth problems
- Independently develop client development plans, complete annual sales targets and payment collections
- Timely feedback on new client needs and suggestions, and help the client service team develop new solutions
- Create benchmarking cases, regularly update the strategy analysis and review
- Grasp the trend of the market industry and support the marketing department to carry out targeted market publicity and promotion activities
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years of experience in China’s local FMCG companies, marketing, channel marketing or consulting background is preferred
- Familiar with the business growth model and decision-making mechanism of local customers in China, quickly find their growth pain points
- Competent in independent customized customer solutions, through sales meetings, project proposals, etc.
- Actively seek to make Chinese local customers satisfied with development strategy advice to win customers
- Excellent communication skills, keen market insight and work against stress
- Good teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work initiative, quick thinking, strong ability to innovate
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English is preferred
