Digital Marketing IT Manager
Global IT – Greater China
- Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital and social media strategies to promote the organization’s products and services through digital channels.
- Establishes and maintains enterprise digital marketing/learning standards, policies, and governance.
- Manages the implementation and measures performance of social digital programs, content, customer digital engagement results and develops insights into customer’s digital behaviors.
- Establishes, maintains, and updates customer-centric digital experiences by utilizing advanced MarTech solutions & tools.
- Plans and manages the delivery of related initiatives or projects; and manages project financials to ensure delivery is executed on time and on budget.
- Engages and manages business partners who are directly involved in the project, as well as broader stakeholders in Global IT.
- Manages digital consultants, agencies, and vendors for execution and operation.
- 5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of digital-related initiatives and projects.
- Health care or education industry experience is preferred.
- Proven track records in MarTech domain, including SEM/SEO, Digital Asset Management, social marketing, content marketing, CDP, marketing analytics.
- Ability to understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value.
- Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation.
- Ability and comfort with working at executive levels, skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with ambiguity.
- Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams in Marketing and Technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong client-facing and presentation skills; experience with organizing and communicating with global teams.
- Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables.
- Proven track record delivering exceptional project results/outcomes, leveraging Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
