As such, you have a strong desire to inspire and rally people behind your vision, both internally and externally, clients and partners alike. The role requires:
This role is located in Shanghai or Beijing with occasional travel to our China offices.
2. Following on from 1) a creative acumen to define engaging comms platforms spanning across paid owned and earned media (creative planning experience a plus), will be vital. Ability to generate consumer insights, package big ideas in a storytelling way, and also crucially framework how they will land concisely on media
3. Lead the gathering and utilization of insights, using proprietary tools, syndicated research and real time insight analysis. Need to unlock the value in data (to have a purpose and be actionable)
4. As a thought leader, you will regularly conduct insights sessions, workshops and trainings for your clients.
5. Work alongside Publicis Media channel planning and analytics teams to support planning teams on key media planning decisions: overall budgeting, yearly market prioritization, benchmarking, ROI modeling etc.
2. Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in Mandarin (native level a must), and English
3. Well versed in integrated media environment – either digital or traditional specialism is welcome, but expect to work on multi-channel plans. If you’re a digital or traditional specialist, you need to be excited by the prospect of becoming more integrated.
