The Data Coordinator will be critical to this effort by facilitating the collection,management, extraction and organization of marketing data from multiplesource systems, in order to enable the reporting, analysis and insights functions in the regions. This role requires a strong operational mindset, and will be responsible for the collection, coordination, processing,and quality control of marketing analytics data within the region. This personwill have a strong background in digital marketing analytics, understanding of data science and database operations,and also have familiarity with primary research and offline data sources.
This position will be a key component as we build a best in class analytics capability that demonstrates value back to the business on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- In coordination with Regional Marketing Operations and the Insights Manager, create and manage data extraction, transformation and delivery processes which enable Campaign Analysts and other stakeholders to perform their analysis
- In conjunction with other team members, enable the connections and processes necessary todeliver various reporting templates and data visualization technologies as required
- Continually monitor data quality, providing quality assurance expertise as needed, and working with multiple stakeholders and groups to ensure the highest possible data integrity
- Continually assess the current state of Intel’s marketing data, and proactively recommend improvements which will enable the delivery of greater insights and to drive greater business value
- Partner and coordinate with GDC, DMM and other organizations within SMG (as needed) to connect online and offline data, in order to enable consistent regional and global reporting and analysis programs.
- Proactively sharing data collection best practices across the regional marketing teams
- Participate in analytics thought leadership activities across the various analytics disciplines within GMC
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing analytics,with particularly strong familiarity with digital marketing data systems, reporting capabiltieis and implementations
- Being a subject matter expert on marketing data, its taxonomy and organization, the source systems where it resides, and how to extract it efficiently
- Relevant measurement experience across key digital platforms and their data, including but not limited to, website, Facebook,Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine, WeChat, display media, online video, native media, blogs, etc.
- Experience with the data structure and reporting capabilities of popular analysis and publishing tools such as: Facebook Insights, Radian6, Sysomos, Synthesio, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics , Spredfast, Sprinklr, Adobe Social, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DMPs, DSPs, syndicated research platforms and other campaign tools.
- Outstanding communications skills – including oral, written, and presentation development and delivery to all levels of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to work quickly under pressure,handling and prioritizing multiple assignments.

The Campaign Analyst will be critical to this effort by both assessing campaign effectiveness and driving campaign optimization through data driven insights and recommendations. This role requires a strong operational mindset, with the ability to deliver rapid, actionable and comprehensive insights from a variety of data types and sources. This person will have a primarily digital analytics background,and also have familiarity with primary research and non-digital marketing data.
The person in this position will need to be forward thinking, especially in the application of digital data to answer critical marketing questions. This position will be a key component as we build a best in class analytics capability that demonstrates value back to the business on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GIA and the Regional Insights Manager to develop appropriate KPIs for regional marketing campaigns, as well as active rate, MQL, SQL and other metric definitions
- Collaborate with multiple marketing stakeholders, other internal partners and the Regional Insights Manager to understand key business questions and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with Data Operations and other team members to collect and integrate campaign performance data
- Assess andreport on campaign performance leveraging multi-channel data. This work involves personally conducting analysis on multiple data sources, as well as partnering with multiple groups and stakeholders across Intel to extract the most highly relevant, actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Deliver campaign results, insights and recommendations, as well as performance updates and adhoc analysis as required to business stakeholders at all levels in a variety of forums
- Partner with GDC,DMM and other organizations within SMG (as needed) to connect online andoffline data and deliver global reporting, analysis, insights and recommendations
- Drive regional marketing optimization and business value by proactively sharing campaign analytics and insights best practices across the regional marketing teams
- Create and leverage joint SMG/GMC reporting templates, forums to review learnings and discuss action plans, as well as seek opportunities to further share analytically driven insights across theregion and global operations
- Participate in analytics thought leadership activitiesacross the various analytics disciplines within GMC
Qualifications
- 8-10 yearsexperience in digital marketing analytics
- Has demonstratedability to create analysis, insights and recommendations that help addressbusiness challenges with marketing activations
- Relevantmeasurement experience across key digital properties including, but not limitedto, website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine, WeChat, displaymedia, online video, native media, blogs, etc.
