Data Analytics Manager
Media & Social
- Collect business needs from internal team and develop data tracking process across digital touchpoints based on business requirements and analytical needs
- Work with key stakeholder in identifying appropriate channels for specific business needs, and tailoring campaigns to the target audience
- Work with IT/Analytics expert team to strive for greater functionality in CDP from media & social perspective.
- Identify KPI & measurement framework for media & social related campaigns to enable quick read & react
- Consolidate and visualize media & social related reporting and facilitate business discussions
- Track performance of various media & social initiatives and develop changes to improve business results
- Design A/B testing methodology to analyze consumer behavior and maximum output with minimal modifications
- Accomplish both routine and ad-hoc data requests in tight timeline with accuracy
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, i.e., media & social team to understand business requirement and identify opportunity, to report design and implementation status, and to present and influence business with data-enabled insight and recommendations
- Develop and embed insight, reports and approaches that track consumer journey by demographic, behavioral and transactional segments.
- Champion data driven decision making by utilizing models, complex queries and challenging assumptions
- Contribute to the measurement of consumer initiatives and campaign’s impact on consumer acquisition, retention and profitability implementation status, and to present and influence business with data-enabled insight and recommendations
- Experience of similar roles in retail industry or media agency, with strong commercial sense
- Experienced with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Experienced with visualization tools such as Quick BI, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Statistics, Management Information System, Data Analytics or relevant major
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics or BI role, Media analytics experience preferred
CRM Intern
- Support on CRM daily operation and admin. work, e.g.: documents filing, courier delivery, contracts and payment follow-ups
- Assist on the China CRM loyalty program launch preparation, routine operation and maintenance
- Support on stock management of related materials
- Support on CRM 360campaign preparation and execution: customer communication msg. arrangement, collateral/gift design, production and logistics issues, etc.
- Communicate with IT, retail stores and agencies on CRM related reports follow-ups
- Accountable, detail-oriented, down-to-earth working attitude
- Good Chinese and English writing skills
- Good at MS office, esp. PPT and Excel
- Willing to learn new things and can work under pressure if required
- Bachelor degree and prefer Junior/Senior students, able to work at least 3-4 days per week for 4-6 months
