Data Analytics Manager

Media & Social

工作职责

Data Acquisition & Process

  1. Collect business needs from internal team and develop data tracking process across digital touchpoints based on business requirements and analytical needs
  2. Work with key stakeholder in identifying appropriate channels for specific business needs, and tailoring campaigns to the target audience
  3. Work with IT/Analytics expert team to strive for greater functionality in CDP from media & social perspective.
Analytics & Reporting

  1. Identify KPI & measurement framework for media & social related campaigns to enable quick read & react
  2. Consolidate and visualize media & social related reporting and facilitate business discussions
  3. Track performance of various media & social initiatives and develop changes to improve business results
  4. Design A/B testing methodology to analyze consumer behavior and maximum output with minimal modifications
  5. Accomplish both routine and ad-hoc data requests in tight timeline with accuracy
Stakeholder Mgmt and Internal Comms

  1. Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, i.e., media & social team to understand business requirement and identify opportunity, to report design and implementation status, and to present and influence business with data-enabled insight and recommendations
Consumer Insights Deep Dive

  1. Develop and embed insight, reports and approaches that track consumer journey by demographic, behavioral and transactional segments.
  2. Champion data driven decision making by utilizing models, complex queries and challenging assumptions
  3. Contribute to the measurement of consumer initiatives and campaign’s impact on consumer acquisition, retention and profitability implementation status, and to present and influence business with data-enabled insight and recommendations
任职资格

  1. Experience of similar roles in retail industry or media agency, with strong commercial sense
  2. Experienced with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
  3. Experienced with visualization tools such as Quick BI, Tableau or Power BI
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Self-driven and good communication skills
  6. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Statistics, Management Information System, Data Analytics or relevant major
  7. 6+ years of experience in Analytics or BI role, Media analytics experience preferred

CRM Intern

工作职责

  1. Support on CRM daily operation and admin. work, e.g.: documents filing, courier delivery, contracts and payment follow-ups
  2. Assist on the China CRM loyalty program launch preparation, routine operation and maintenance
  3. Support on stock management of related materials
  4. Support on CRM 360campaign preparation and execution: customer communication msg. arrangement, collateral/gift design, production and logistics issues, etc.
  5. Communicate with IT, retail stores and agencies on CRM related reports follow-ups
任职资格

  1. Accountable, detail-oriented, down-to-earth working attitude
  2. Good Chinese and English writing skills
  3. Good at MS office, esp. PPT and Excel
  4. Willing to learn new things and can work under pressure if required
  5. Bachelor degree and prefer Junior/Senior students, able to work at least 3-4 days per week for 4-6 months
