中船嘉年华邮轮是由中国船舶集团与嘉年华集团于2018年在中国成立的合资公司,旨在打造具备市场营销和商务运营、海事运营、酒店和产品管理、新造船管理等全运营能力的中国邮轮旗舰企业。

目前,中船嘉年华邮轮船队现共有大西洋号和地中海号两艘邮轮。同时,其首艘国产新造大型邮轮总吨约为13.55万吨,基于嘉年华集团广泛成功使用的“Vista”级平台,目前正由上海外高桥造船有限公司建造,预计于2023年交付使用。中船嘉年华邮轮旗下第二艘国产新造大型邮轮也已正式进入设计和建造阶段。

Sr. PR Manager

工作职责

  1. Plans and develops PR strategies that faciliate the achievement of the company and brand vision. Tranforming PR as a key influencing channel to consumers not only to industry. Get it aligned with key stake holders.
  2. Designs PR plans to bring strategies to life with execution excellence. Leads and develops in managing relationships with regional industry and consumer media to deliver key brand, product and special offer messages; Leads in execution of PR content development, daily media enquiry, PR events, trade show for executive exposure, media co-op, press FAM programs, and CSR program. Elevate PR activations to become one important pillar of holistic consumer marketing and amplify campaign impact by high ROI media value creation.
  3. Drives definition of key messages for press events, executive interviews, and brand announcements. Oversees development of official statements, briefing books, press materials and responses to press inquiries.
  4. Monitors and analyzes China consumer and culture trends, market and industry developments, and competitive activities; provides regular briefings for management on potential issues and opportunities. Gathers insights and research, provides China market/consumer perspective on key issues and requests.
  5. Explores opportunity with trade media for tradeshow, executive exposure and brand exposure on print and online platforms and execute the aligned package.
  6. Leads crisis response efforts, in collaboration with Corporate experts and Crisis team.
任职资格

  1. 6 years + of hands-on experience in the PR function for consumer brand, hospitality industry or with an agency
  2. Strong leadership and initiatives to make a difference.
  3. A proactive driver who has passion for winning
  4. Good strategic thinking equipped with contemporary knowledge and skills of consumer PR in a digital and socialized environment
  5. Good at team working, engage and influence other stake holders to achieve common goal
  6. Open-minded, result oriented with good communication skills (written and spoken)
  7. Capability and good temperament to manage relationships with both industries stake holders as well as media partners
  8. Ability to execute with excellence and attention for details
  9. Acute business sense and pragmatic approach
  10. Excellent English both spoken and written
