Publishing Lead
Game Operations
- 负责协助制定和执行手游海外市场推广与营销策略计划、预算分配与执行
- 负责基于本地节点营销、事件营销、区域特色、客户诉求等相关的长期造节策略制定、活动策划、方案输出及方案宣讲等
- 负责造节活动执行细案输出,与跨国本地团队合作、落地执行、推广、效果追踪、总结复盘各大重点活动
- 营销相关数据分析与方案优化
- 本科毕业,5年以上游戏相关市场营销或广告策划工作经验
- 具有营销规划、执行、以及成效分析的扎实经验具备良好数字逻辑及分析能力,能监控并深入分析营销数据,指出问题并提出解决方案
- 较强的沟通能力、协调能力、抗压能力、团队合作能力,能保证项目顺利进行
- 英文听说读写能力佳,能以英文进行简报、会议、业务沟通
UGC Resources Management
Game Operations
- Lead on UGC education efforts, including building, moderating and curating UGC forum to facilitate knowledge flow amongst UGC community.
- Work closely with developers and operation team to document and curate the latest UGC technical information to ensure creators are kept up to date with the latest UGC features
- Design and execute on UGC education materials, covering tutorial videos, best practice documents and know-how articles.
- Research and understand best practice of other platforms and games for technical developement and the latest game development trend.
- Previous experience (3~5 years) as in UGC ops and management, in industry such as social media and emmorce platforms, or gaming.
- Understand UGC education, and be able to map out education system to recruit UGC creator, set up and UGC education channel such as forum to facilitate knowledge flow amongst UGC community.
- Experience in Sandbox games is a plus. A strong interest and background in gaming is a plus, and preferably be an active gamer across multiple game genres and platforms.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both oral speaking and writing
- Preferably with experience in game or game platform operation, and external communication
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people and take the initiative with strong drive
- Strongly prefer background in programming and game development
