Global Marketing Manager

职位简介

Operating across 12 markets including the 3 priority markets of Australia, China and Indonesia, the Global Marketing Manager will lead their portfolio, set the vision, strategy and lead the development & delivery of their portfolio innovation and communication programs.

The Global Marketing Manager will support the overall strategic marketing vision through topnotch development of a robust innovation pipeline, brand architecture and portfolio across the 3 key markets of Blackmores, with strong focus on China which is a major growth engine for the company.
工作职责

  1. Work with the Group Marketing Director to develop the Consumer Growth Pillar’s Architecture, Portfolio and 3 Year Innovation pipeline.
  2. Project Leadership of Complex NPDs across 1 to 3 markets, lead market for this role is China.
  3. Create, develop and work with markets to deliver Global CGP Innovation & Global Communication plans (big idea, key trial driving plans) that drive scale and excite consumers.
  4. Build a strong product portfolio that taps into relevant consumer needs, takes into account the path to purchase/consumer journey, with a view to gross margin improvement and to build scale of the brand across markets.
  5. Leadership of global cross-functional teams (R&D, RA, Supply, Plant, etc) to deliver innovation programs.
  6. Engagement with local market stakeholders to get buy-in for innovation and broad-based communication programs.
  7. Influence without authority across cultures and time-zones to deliver outcomes for the group
任职资格

Must Have

  1. Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or business-related discipline.
  2. 8-10 years Commercial experience in consumer marketing in an FMCG or related environment.
  3. Top rate project leadership skills needed. Proven experience in managing and delivering results on complex projects with multiple stakeholders needed.
  4. Strong commercial sense; Good working knowledge of business financials
  5. Significant innovation experience.
  6. First rate communication skills, ability to write and present well in English (would be good to see “portfolio” of decks the person has done)
  7. Resilience and  Drive for results. Need to show how he/she overcame tough barriers/tough working conditions/multiple changes and still delivered the project.
  8. Has done downstream/GTM work for >1 year and has directly interacted with Sales
  9. Understanding of both China and International markets and their consumers.
  10. Prior experience managing multiple brands and/or segments
Good to Have

  1. Experience in Mum/Baby categories (Infant formula, Diapers), or Nutrition
  2. Communication development and creative agency management expertise
