Social Media Manager
- Work with internal, agencies, influencers, platforms, and other partners like MCNs with the goal of finding agile, creative, and efficient ways to build and execute innovative social media marketing plans that connect with our fans and help build brand considerations
- Lead brand full-year Always-on Social Communication & Content Marketing from strategy, planning to final execution (both individually and by leading agency) across our owned channels (WeChat/Weibo/Red Book/Douyin, etc.) covering full brand portfolio, create rigorous analytical processes to deliver cost-effective social always-on activities and social campaigns
- Achieve Target Audience Recruitment & Engagement in the social media environment with consolidated and holistic social media activities and efforts
- Lead UGC activation (planning and execution) and KOL management whenever needed
- Keep up to date with developments in the overall social landscape and on audience engagement trends and insights
- Bachelorís degree or above and with 8+ yearsí experience on digital marketing, over 4 years on social media is a must, travel/internet/tech industry experience preferred
- Agency management experience is a must
- Strong communication skills & Very detail oriented
- Project management skills to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities
- Open minded, collaborative, and agile to fast-growing business environment
