Community Manager
- Define and optimize community strategy that connected with Under Amour Private Domain business scenarios in a constant changing market environment, enrich user acquisition touchpoints and approaches, spot user requirements and business growth opportunities
- Develop and manage community always-on and campaign communication plan that streamlined with brand marketing calendar and DTC commercial calendar in Under Amour Private Domain through internal cross-function communications
- Design and execute community cutting-edge tactics, creative and content, events that cultivate community stickiness and activeness
- Craft community analytics framework evolved with operation strategy and model, track community performances in measurable metrics, interpret insights that are actionable to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
- Incubate new initiatives for community innovation in rapid pace through test-and-learn spirit
- Manage 3rd party vendor service and delivery as of cost, quality, frequency, etc.
- Work closely with Under Armour China cross function teams to deliver success business results at both brand and commercial perspectives, mainly retail operation team, marketing team and ecommerce team
- Solid track of experiences in developing strategy into hands-on execution
- Have good sense of social trend, creative idea, KOL/KOC incubation and management, buzz generation
- A nature balance of strategic thinking and effective operation

Associate Manager
CRM
- To follow up and consolidate CRM yearly road map/calendar under yearly strategy and achieve yearly goals with teammates together, include but not limited to new member acquisition, re-purchase rate, retention;
- Work closely with CRM Leader to adapt Under Armour loyalty program based on global loyalty program guidance;
- Be responsible for all CRM loyalty programs execution / SOP establishment and prepare summary via Omni-channel;
- To work with agency and internal functional teams on rewarding programs operation thru coupon or gifting allocation and stock management;
- Work closely with CRM Leader on CRM related system development projects, and follow-ups on agency coordination, internal communication for requirements collection & logic management, BRD finalization, project timeline control etc.;
- Work with CRM Leader on membership lifecycle program development and be responsible for the execution;
- Monitor CRM program results in a detailed and organized way to improve the performance and increase the overall engagement or sales conversion;
- To supervise and optimize Mini-program daily operation to elevate member journey and activeness;
- To manage and follow up on back-office operations and routine CSR affairs (incl. but not limit to Ops team / CSR training, daily query response…);
- Support the functional requirements on CRM tools and follow up with action plan with omni-channel sales ops team;
- CRM materials stock management to ensure the program operation smoothly;
- Support teammates on related or potential CRM projects based on the biz expansion
- To work with internal marketing team and external CRM agency on data fulfillment, project collaboration, understanding products, business requirements and come up with actionable consumer insights;
- To provide valuable insights on CRM loyalty program system to fulfil future business needs/values including retail, e-com, marketing activities etc.;
- 3+ year of experience on CRM and loyalty programs, ecommerce background is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing.
- Understand the digital trends and know HOWs to leverage with business requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Good communication skills to get alignment internally and externally.
- Strong responsibility and down-to-earth working attitude, details oriented.

Associate Manager
Digital Product
- Specify the product requirements/user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the digital ecosystem.
- Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates.
- Identify and solve dependencies with other function owner to ensure efficient delivery.
- Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog.
- Prioritize the items in your product backlog and refine of your product backlog to ensure that the IT delivery team is working on the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value.
- Be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product.
- Co-work with cross-function team to be accountable for business daily operation work, include in but not limited on:
- Content regular refreshing
- Campaign launching
- Event launching and online operating
- Data collection and reporting
- Use data sources and feedback loops to ensure the team focuses on the right enhancements.
- Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders in all scenario
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
- Basic knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban
- Basic knowledge of IT development, Mini program/APP is plus.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Basic leadership skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas
- 5+ years of experience working in a Digital product environment, especially in Consumer Engagement area
- 3+ years working as a product management or operation related role, preferably in an Agile working setup

eCommerce Operation- Tmall
- 对接日常平台沟通渠道并对各平台发布资源进行解读分享以及执行后台提报工作;
- 跟踪日常旗舰店业务表现并协助渠道经理定期的数据分析工作,定位问题和机会点;
- 根据规划推进营销活动业务项目上线,负责平台资源提报对接工作的同时协助渠道经理协调电商相关部门确保项目进度正常,上线资源的过程顺利和结果符合预期;
- 关注了解天猫平台和运动大类目趋势变化,优化店铺日常运营提升业务表现
- 负责跟进店铺业务运营相关内部流程事务相关如财务对账/合同付费等

CRM Intern
- Support on CRM daily operation and admin. work, e.g.: documents filing, courier delivery, contracts and payment follow-ups
- Assist on the China CRM loyalty program launch preparation, routine operation and maintenance
- Support on stock management of related materials
- Support on CRM 360campaign preparation and execution: customer communication msg. arrangement, collateral/gift design, production and logistics issues, etc.
- Communicate with IT, retail stores and agencies on CRM related reports follow-ups
- Accountable, detail-oriented, down-to-earth working attitude
- Good Chinese and English writing skills
- Good at MS office, esp. PPT and Excel
- Willing to learn new things and can work under pressure if required
- Bachelor degree and prefer Junior/Senior students, able to work at least 3-4 days per week for 4-6 months
