Marketing CRM/Digital Specialist
- Lead operation, campaign, and initiative of a few digital platforms with CRM and O2O area focus
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine omni-CRM strategy and program in line with business and marketing brand strategy
- Daily CRM operation across all channels to enhance customer engagement throughout customer lifecycle and maximize customer lifetime value, including member acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Lead Dianping platform initiatives in all aspects including paid media buy and optimization, KOL store visit and post, campaign execution, store-level operation, and new functionality to drive omni-channel customer penetration and reactivation
- Support enterprise WeChat social selling from marketing perspective, and collaborate with store operation team to drive offline customer consideration and conversion through digital online channel
- Work closely with internal, external, and global partners in developing and executing CRM/O2O operation and campaigns to support business growth
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities and collecting preferred practices across industries to continuously optimize CRM and O2O strategy
- 5+ years professional experience with a successful track record in marketing digital fields, either in-house or at an agency
- Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis on marketing/digital/analytic field, or equivalent practical experience
- Highly organized with multi-tasking, able to prioritize multiple tasks, execute simultaneously with great attention to details
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration, but initiative to drive result independently
- Experience in marketing analysis and platform backend data interpretation
- Fluent in written and spoken English
