Sr. Manager
Digital Marketing
- Drive Digital campaigns from planning to execution as part of the overall marketing strategy for the region
- Build brand equity across multiple social media networks driving engagement and adding brand fans
- Ensure brand and Ecommerce channels align in digital marketing efforts
- Align digital marketing media and partners with the UA brand ensuring we are speaking to our target audience
- Manage SEO & SEM agencies; optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROI/ROAS
- Align with CRM manager for digital/social support
- Build and deliver analytics to optimize campaigns across the board
- Advise Sr Leadership on innovative and best in class trends
- Ability to buy and negotiate media and other forms of brand advertising/sponsorship
- Manages budget and forecasts spend for campaigns and yearly budgeting
- Successful track record of strategic marketing campaigns in support of rapid business growth
- Extensive network of digital marketing agencies and contacts within region
- A track record of implementing innovative and disruptive marketing campaigns
- 6+ years experience in Digital marketing
- University degree in related subject matter
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English
- Sports and retail industry experience with personal interest in sports
- Analytics experience and web based software knowledge
Sr. Manager
Martech & Analytics
- Drive the product development and maintenance of UA Customer Data Platform and Marketing Automation tool
- Work with business users (media, social, community, CRM, digital product, Ecomm and retail) to define business cases to best leverage mar-tech capabilities (eg: precise media targeting, consumer lifecycle communication)
- Define scope of business cases, prioritize business cases, develop short-/mid-/long-term roadmap of CDP / MA
- Work with agencies to implement business cases by integrating data from various sources into Customer Data Platform, defining and creating consumer segmentation, customer tags, and building reports.
- Work with business users and agency on building up the data partnership with external platform, such as Alibaba and Tencent
- Develop digital insights framework (covering media, social, community, digital product, crm and key campaigns) to identify KPI frameworks and key learning agenda
- Define requirements in order to generate key insights for all digital functions (media, social channels, community, digital product and crm.)
- Develop the tracking guidelines to ensure KPIs are properly tracked to monitor the performance
- Build A/B testing process, methodology and guide team to conduct right A/B testing to gain insights for optimization
- Build always-on standard reporting capability & cadence based on the data from both internal and external different databases and data sources (covering media, social, community, digital product and crm) to enable quick read & react
- Propose and make recommendations on dashboard visualization tools based on the market best practice
- Improve existing or design new data models to generate insights (eg: member segmentation, media mix)
- Conduct data exploration and data analysis on both ad-hoc requirements and always-on initiatives to support key projects optimization and define key strategy
- Support the campaign-driven analytics as required by brand team such as key brand and product campaigns
- Communicate with cross-function stakeholders to understand business requirement and identify opportunity, to report design and implementation status, and to present and influence
- business with data-enabled insight and recommendations
- Similar role in a Retail or Consumer Goods vertical with digital, ecommerce, media and consumer analytics is a plus
- Experience in digital savvy organization with mature back-end marketing technology landscape (cdp, marketing automation etc)
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) with clear, concise, and persuasive communication style that compels to action
- Exceptional data analytics skills with good business sense
- Strategic thinking, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong Leadership and Experience of leading team members
- 10+ year of experience in mar-tech, data and digital analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS or related disciplines.
Manager
Digital Product User Growth
- In charge of Digital Innovation Product user growth and activity, growth model development and lifecycle management.
- Go-to-market plan preparation, execution, and rollout strategy for every market.
- Expand and optimize internal and external channel for new user acquisition.
- Become a product expert and leverage data analyzing (eg: user persona and insight) as indicator through user behavior change to drive new user acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct and monitor omni-channel funnel to ensure good enough user experience and user journey for retaining our existing user purpose.
- Co-own and drive product definition with product leader to ensure smooth UI/UX design (end user thinking) and stop wrong or unnecessary functionalities / initiatives.
- Co-work with cross-function team to ensure product KPI setup and drive project deliver.
- Understanding the basic concept about user acquisition, activity management and lifecycle management. Technical background is plus but not a must.
- Strong capability on organizational and analytical skills, data sensitive.
- Experienced in user research, user operation and user acquisition in Omni- Channel.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, across business and IT vendor to drive alignment and consensus across the board.
- Good communication skills and comfortable presenting and reporting to stakeholders in all scenario.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written.
- Basic leadership skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with focus on Math Statistics, Computer Science, Business or data related areas.
- 8+ years of experience working in a Digital product environment, especially in Consumer Engagement area.
- 5+ years working experience as role of product design in User Growth or Interaction Products space.
- Experience in Digital Content or community product is plus but not a must.
