EPR & Content Manager
- Create an engaging social & E-commerce centric content pool for incubation brands, including hub & hygiene contents that are inspired by brand communication objectives but more adaptable to various social, EPR and E-commerce platforms and authentic fit to consumer interests.
- Lead inhouse and external agency resources in the creation of storytelling content pool.
- Content strategy and calendar planning and operation for owned social touch points
- Develop content brief guideline to social commerce KOLs
- Tailor contents according to various audience and MOCs– tribes, trade people, on-trade consumers, after-purchase CRM
- Lead content A/B test at various social platforms, adopting TLO model to constantly optimize content angles out of sharpened insights
- Identify influential bloggers and tribes with greatest brand fit
- Lead content co-creation
- Hack WOM across digital and social media and create opportunities to generate sales on social commerce
- Explore business collaboration with influencers and tribes to generate actual sales
- Lead high value KOC nurturing loyalty program
- Lead sponsorship and product seeding / placement
- Lead design of online experience journey (before, during, after) as a support to various offline events, to extend consumers experience and increase their life cycle values to the brands
- Manage owned social platforms to connect and land key online/offline activations
- Lead PR event implementation, initiating big ideas and designing media and KOL’s onsite experience to ensure quality delivery of PR messages.
- Manage celebrity sourcing, endorsement and event attendance under local and global campaigns and events
- Monitoring and sharing of new social media trends (e.g. topics, platforms, apps).
- Social buzz tracking and reporting, collaborating with CI team
- 5+ years working experience specializing in PR, digital social and brand content generation. Relevant experience in F&B, sports, fashion unicorn start-ups preferred
- A strong plus if solid experiences in social content pool / hub management adaptable for social commerce
- Digital native, creative, sensible to consumer trends and insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit, quick learners with growth mindset. Result driven.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in team and build team spirit, responsible and reliable.
- Chinese as native language, fluent in English.
