FMCG Consumer Insight Specialist
- 为世界顶尖跨国快消品行业公司提供中国市场消费者研究,并提出建设性建议;
- 协助团队完成客户商业问题剖析,通过大量的样组数据分析,从中提炼出有价值的洞察;
- 对分析数据和结果进行可视化,协助研究员撰写客户报告;
- 通过桌面研究收集市场信息和品牌最新营销动态,把握中国快消品行业趋势;
- 协助组内其他成员完成其他客户项目。
- 0-3年快消品定量研究相关工作经验,对快消品市场和消费者行为有兴趣;
- 优秀的英语表达和写作能力 (日常交流和客户报告均为英语);
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office, 特别是Excel的数据分析和PPT 的图表制作;
- 耐心、细致,有团队合作精神 ,学习能力强,善于发现并解决问题。
数据科学家
- Responsible for data modelling and analytics in China to support the growth of Kantar Worldpanel and ensure the delivery of high quality insights which inspire successful decisions;
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization across the Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
- Support our solutions and client teams with insights gained from analyzing company data.
- 2+ years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical and machine learning models, has a Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field;
- Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
- Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using predictive algorithms and creating/running simulations;
- Proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights;
- Have a passion for discovering patterns hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

- Maintain client relationship and provide customer service;

- Understand business dynamic and solve technical problem;

- University bachelor degree;
- Majored in marketing, statistics, psychology, or other relevant subjects.
- 3-5yrs experience in market research and minimum 1 years of management experience
- Have a good knowledge of relevant expertise, as well as of customer fixed panel product and system knowledge;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and customer fixed panel analysis software.
- Good oral and written English;
- Having a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication, organization and coordination abilities;
- Team building and good at analyzing and solving problems;
- Good learner and innovator; sensitive to market and capable of handling pressure.
