- Support China commercial planner, business unit responsible and also marketing team in navigating & optimizing strategic efforts in Tmall specific big milestone campaign and build long term winning strategy;
- Work closer with X-border and IT team in enhancing digital consumer journey to accelerate Omni-channel selling and engagement opportunities;
- Collaborate with each business unit in Blackmores China to improve our consumer experience and conversions;
- Work closer with global team in prioritizing technology backlog to ensure enhanced consumer journey and to achieve better commercial results;
- Support cross functional discussion on Market place strategies for future China sales growth and NPD launches;
- Lead and develop three team members of social content, KOL, design and media planning to optimize Blackmores’ awareness and preference;
- Set specific and measurable KPIs, provide analytics to drive optimal cross-touch points consumer experience and conversion.
- 6+ years of progressive experience with digital marketing / EC / commercial roles across various channels, and good analytic skills
- Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and collabrative personality with a strong business acumen
- Strong ability to cross-functional communicate, drive forward with clear objectives.
- Ability to stay current and build upon digital consumer journey based on practices and trends.
