Data Analyst Manager
工作职责
- With all the different sources of data, how to link them to generate more holistic understanding of our consumers/members.
- Based on holistic understand, how to generate use cases to improve efficiency in Media, CI, CRM and Studio.
- Can we use these interlinked data to do more? Beyond Marketing
- Once build up a proven and regular use case, transform the knowledge into handy power BI dashboard, for 32 brands to double click their needed data for their business needs.
- Power BI development skill needed.
- Business analysis logic needed to structure the Power BI.
- As the key user of CDP and DMP, continuously to suggest IT how to improve database to better cater for business needs.
任职资格
- More than 5 years working experience in consumer goods multi-national companies, with solid data analysis background, able to analyze and integrate data from different sources.
- Familiar with data query tools (sql, power query, power pivot) and data visualization tools (powerbi).
- Understand marketing(media/CI/CRM/Studio), and business.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, we’re leading the data transformation change in the Alcohol industry. Will face various challenges that no industry reference can be benchmarked. 0 to 1 spirit.
- Team Worker, Good communicator, fluent in both English and Chinese.
EC Digitalization Manager
工作职责
- Lead ISV on annual EC out-to-in media strategy constructed by cognac category and Martell consumer behavior studies via systemetic EC big data tools, which includes but not limited to Ali strategy centrer/databank and JD shufang.
- Design Martell EC out-to-in consumer engagement tactics and approaches of each campaign and synergize mkt and commercial investments for EC consumer & business growth.
- Accelerate PRC cognac category captaincy project among all leading EC giants like TM/JD/ByteDance, meanwhile, consolidate diversified cooperation with them, etc.
- Identify EC key growth drivers through understanding of strategic consumer groups to customize category and Martell-specific tactics, including target segments/business models/integration workflows/implement plans.
- Digitalize business opportunities or gap via multiple models like AIPL/FAST/GROW and convert to traffic suggestion on all touchpoints.
- Motivate the integrated cooperation among all internal stakeholders to build deep and diversified cooperation with customers especially in consumer-centric dimension.
- 5+ years working experience and 3 years related to Digital Performance Media/Marketing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge with media touchpoints in market and the methodology of consumer assets data tools like Databank, Strategy Center, ShuFang, Alimama, Unidesk, TMIC, etc.
- Strategic thinking skills and excellent capability of cross-functional communication and influencing
- Whole journey media investment background is preferred (EC out-to-in), EC ecosystem outsite media experience is a must
- Trackable record on contribution to business growth with data insights is preferred
- Excellent presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
