The role of the CRO Manager is to manage the entirety of the teacher candidate journey from insight and analysis to making well informed and constructive improvements to the website. The successful applicant will have a proven track record ofhow to research, plan, implement, manage & report on successful projects.You will focus on identifying opportunities, trends, new paths,and patterns by setting up the appropriate tests and analyzing their results. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Product and BIteams at VIPKID.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full CRO process from insight and analysis to implementing the improvements
- Continuous improvement of conversion rate optimization and UX for new and existing digital channels
- Research user behaviors through the website in order to identify key areas for UX improvement
- Understand how to best organize site content, how internal site search works, and definition on what labels to use on menus
- Support and advice on copywriting, how to structure content to be deployed on multiple devices – using techniques such as eye tracking to confirm areas of the site that are under performing and create plans to address
- Focused on ROI with understanding of choices a user makes through the journey and where and why they choose to leave the recruitment process
- Havefull ownership of and create and prioritize online tests, delivering against core KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- UX experience in similar role and proven track record of improving CRO
- Experience in researching and analyzing user behavior and interpreting back to actionable tasks designed to improve conversion
- Clear understanding of customer centered design principles
- Arazor sharp eye for detail
- A self-starter, analytical, detail oriented and exceptionally organized
- Strong desire to understand customers and their information needs, and using data and insights to shape content and strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work-streams
WAGES
20 to 30 thousand a month.Higher wages for strong abilities
