工作职责
• Assist in developing and driving China brand marcom plan in line with brand strategy, including but not limited to digital eco-system optimization, social media, competitor tracking report, online consumer behavior study etc.
• Gather and analyze relevant sales, customer, market, and research data to create 360 view of customer, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and create integrated content for effective marketing communication campaign
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) by leveraging data and insight
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Assist in managing and coordinating owned social media platform management and program initiated, including communication and coordination with social media agency, as well as internal team
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• 协助策划、执行和优化品牌市场传播计划,包括但不局限于优化数字化平台(微信、微信商城、电商、官网)、竞品分析、线上用户行为分析等等
• 挖掘产品亮点,综合销售、用户、调研数据、市场趋势以及消费者洞察,通过辅助生产和优化线上、线下全渠道互动内容实施有效市场营销活动
• 借助行业洞察以及营销数据,衡量以及汇总数字化市场营销活动效果(ROI and KPIs),不断优化市场传播效率
• 利用较强的数据分析能力,评估以及改善在各个线上触点的客户体验
• 协助管理自媒体平台(微信和官网),与 Agency 以及公司内部团队合作
• 主管安排的其他工作任务
职位要求
• Minimum 4 years working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience assisting integrated marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO/SEM, website management by leverage data & insight
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivates
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• 至少 4 年市场数字传播营销经验,包括但不限于社交媒体、官网或电商工作经验
• 善于分析洞察和营销数据,并使用其策划和执行整合传播营销活动、社交媒体管理,
