Membership Marketing Manager – Member Day

岗位职责
2.Design and implement McD’s China’s Membership strategies and tactics across digital platforms (WeChat, Alipay, McD’s Official App, and etc.), in line with McD’s China’s plan. To drive business growth thru member enrollment, conversion, & member frequency uplift, with strong business insight and sensitivity
3.Work closely with internal tech, ops + other cross-function teams and external agencies on member/consumer insights, business requirements and come up with initiatives, as well as maintain/enhance/upgrade existing platforms, like Points Mall
4.Own those platforms/ initiatives and take the lead on execution including: e-coupon design, review and communication/alignment with internal marketing, Brand Extension, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, and regional markets as required
5.Work actively with 3rd party companies/brands on co-branding, in line with McD’s membership strategy and have clear view on traffic source and member acquisition planning
任职要求
2.5-8 years of experience in CRM/EC and digital marketing, with deep understanding in China local digital ecosystems (Wechat, Alipay, Taoxi, etc.)
3.Strong business thinking and sensitivity to market new trends
4.Experience in leading/executing digital programs
5.Analytical/strategic thinking, strong ability to find out insights from data
6.Strong communication skills to get alignment internally and externally
7.Strong ownership and capability to lead working team to deliver results
8.Passionate and willing to work under pressure
